Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned, but if you're not fully satisfied, we are happy to process a refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
